Arbor Quick Start Guide
Our Arbor app can be accessed on the web or by using a mobile device.
You can download the Arbor app from the Google Play or Apple App Store.
Alternatively, Arbor can be accessed on the web using this link https://melkshamoak.uk.arbor.sc/.
Logging in for the first time
To log in for the first time you will need the welcome email sent from Melksham Oak School. This will be sent to your school registered email address. It will contain a link to reset your password.
Once you have created a password you will be able to sign in using the Arbor app or on the web.
When you sign in, you will be asked to confirm your child’s date of birth before accessing the Arbor dashboard.
Trouble signing in
If you have trouble signing in, please click the Forgotten Password link in the app or on the web, a password reset email will be sent to your school registered email address.
If this does not work, we may need to update our school systems with your latest contact email address. Please email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
