Here you will find all relevant information to support you to apply to become Sixth Form Students in September 2025.
We welcome applicants from the current school and those currently attending other secondary schools.
How to Apply
We use Applicaa Online for our application process.
Applications open on Thursday 28th November 2024 and will close on Friday 31st January 2025.
Here's a checklist to help you prepare before submitting your application:
- Please read our Prospectus carefully as this will give you an overview on what to expect at Melksham Oak Sixth Form.
- Check out the courses and requirements at: Courses | Melksham Oak Community School
- Make a list of subjects you are interested in.
- Have your parent/carer contact details to hand, or ask them to help you complete your form.
- Have your predicted grades ready, you will be required to submit at least 5 predicted grades.
- You can save your progress and exit the form at any stage, if you need more time.
- Don't be afraid to ask for help from peers, parents and the sixth form team.

Applicaa user guide
Internal applicants
Current Year 11 students will receive an email with login details (from Applicaa) to their school account. You can also visit the link below and enter your login details as an existing user.
Login using your school email and the unique password emailed to you from Applicaa.
You should NOT apply using your personal email. If you have not received your email, check your junk / spam folder.
External applicants
External students can create a new account directly through the application link below:
